Physical Products.

The shipping costs for physical products are as follows-

• Orders under £50 - shipping £2.99
• Orders over £100 - shipping is free.

Once you have placed your order we usually dispatch it the same day from our large stock of health food products.

Where an item is out of stock it will be ordered from the supplier and usually delivered to us within one or two working days.

You will receive an email from us if your order takes more than three working days to source and on receipt we will dispatch your order.

On the rare occasion that a product is unavailable we will contact you to suggest an alternative. There are occasionally unavoidable delays with supplies.

Digital Products.

This type of product will be delivered to you electronically. Upon puchase of the product you will be directed to a link where the product can be downloaded immediately.
